The following section will talk about how to get Richmond Hill’s eBill account safe listed with your email provider.
Here are the general instruction with links to some of the most popular email providers:
General Instructions
1. Add RHCC eBill email address “ebill@richmondhillcountryclub.com” (without the quote) to your email address book or contact list. Messages from senders who are in your address book/ contact list usually won’t go into the junk folder.
2. If a message is already in the junk/ spam folder, click on it and select the option to label the message as “Not Junk” or something similar.
3. When prompted, select the option to add the sender’s email address to your address book or to a “Safe” list, which will keep future emails from going into your junk folder. **depends on your mail provider, not all provider allow user to create their own “Safe/ White” list.
